Welcome to Just Right Coffee

Hello! We are Justin and Ellana (Lana) Schroeder. We are a husband and wife duo that have a love for coffee (mostly drinking it) and that love for coffee is what drove us to start this business. We met in a coffee shop that we both worked at and as the saying goes, the rest is history. Lana has always been a coffeeholic and owned a small espresso machine since high school. She decided one day that she wanted to have her own business. Justin has a much sweeter tooth but decided espresso shots tasted good after going to 12 different coffee shops in a day to try each shops espresso. Justin’s also an engineer and started to go down the big rabbit hole that is the science of coffee. Add these two together and you get a mobile coffee cart that loves roasting different coffees and serving delicious drinks.

Now there are lots of different coffees out there with tons of different flavors baked in, some can be sweet and fruity, or others burnt or bitter. There are some that one person might like while another might despise. But that’s the truly amazing thing about coffee, there’s a flavor for everyone. We wanted to make a coffee cart where people could experience a coffee that was Just Right. So, we based our brand on the tale of Goldilocks (we also have our own Goldilocks, his name is Kai) and the journey to finding coffee that’s Just Right.

Our mission is to deliver the perfect blend of flavor and warmth to our community, ensuring every cup is just right. Whether you’re hosting a corporate event, getting married (woohoo), or simply craving a perfect cup of coffee, our mobile coffee cart was built to bring the café experience to you. If you’re interested in booking us for your next event, don’t hesitate to reach out. We can’t wait to make it Just Right!
